Non-discrimination Policy


Landstuhl Hospital Care Project prohibits discrimination in all its programs, services and activities on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, gender, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, genetic information, political beliefs, reprisal or because all or a part of an individual’s income is derived from any public assistance program.

 This non-discrimination policy is applicable to all persons dealt with or served by the organization, and to membership, and its governing board.  This non-discrimination policy is accepted by the board of directors of the Landstuhl Hospital Care Project.


This non-discrimination policy is considered in effect for all matters conducted by Landstuhl Hospital Care Project and within every aspect of the operations and activities of the Landstuhl Hospital Care Project.
